#1 BiBTeX export

I've seen that it is planned to release a BiBTeX import
features, which is a great idea.

But I'm also heavily using a BiBTeX database to write
my papers, and a BiBTeX export filter is really
necessary to use connotea as a reference manager.

For the time being you might be able to use the former to go
from RIS to bibtex.
