#2 Default Registration page is blank

Navigate to "http://my.connotea.url.com/register"

Page says:
"Edit registration details

Here are your current account details. Edit any item
and click 'Update' to save the changes.

Details for username:"

But no details are shown. A username/password form
should appear (with other optional fields).
