#7 bandwidth estimation is too low

The bandwidth measurement is currently done just from the test download started by the sensor box in question.
Other load on the connection is not take into account, so it simply fails to show a truthful value, if there is other activity (web radio, online-games, ISO-image download, etc.). This may only be resolved by measuring the whole data between the router and the uplink device (any sort of terminal adapter). However, there is most likely the need to ignore/filter traffic from VoIP connections, what makes it not straight forward to change just the probed interface and the bandwidth calculation.
