Introduction

This wiki will serve as a place to keep notes and thoughts during alpha development

There is some know issues and remaining items:

  • Don't allow the tree container to be resized smaller than the tree width
  • Make sure that the trees and links load automatically and asynchronously
  • Make sure that a loaded mapping is updated on firebase events
  • Allow collapse and expand of the trees and lines at root and such
  • Provide data type information for selected nodes
  • Highlight the links for the selected item
  • Generate an XSLT stub for the mapping to use as basis for implementation of transformation
  • Make sure that nicely printable versions of the mappings are available
  • Complete the XML schema parsing support
  • Create sign in page and add navigation

Features

Some ideas to consider implementing:

  • Fuzzy mappings to try and automatically map as much as possible
  • Library of known mappings to publish for public domain to reduce integration costs
  • Integration with or export to third party products like XML Spy, Stylus Studio and BizTalk
