I'm using 1.8.1 and I noticed that if I increase the minimum_size & maximum_width that the Local IP: ${alignr}${addr eth0} has a gap between the words Local IP: and the IP address.

Please see the screen shot below to see this; (These are the settings I used in the screen shot; minimum_size 165 165 maximum_width 165)

Now I will change the sizes to 145 and you'll see the gap closes below; (minimum_size 145 145 maximum_width 145)

Why can't I increase the numbers, without it causing this gap, how can I fix this?

This is my config;

    you have $alignr in front of the ip address. if you don't want the gap, then remove it. the whole point of alignr is to align stuff to the right edge of the window (by creating a gap)
