[congui-users] ConGui configure fails due to DOS CRLF

ConGui configure script does not run on Linux due to CRLF endlines. Since 
this package advertises running in a unix environment, an archive containing 
correctly formatted scripts should be provided. gcc has no difficulty 
compiling source files in DOS format, but the scripts just don't run. It may 
be worthwhile to see if unix format is usable under DOS, and if it is, to 
just distribute that.
