#3 increase number of hierarchical levels
right now, Conges can only manage a 2-type level of hierarchy, employees -> a supervisor -> the chief.
May be I need to increase the hierarchical level available.
In the same time, why not having the possibility of a multiple teams supervisor. and the delegation of responsability to a temporary supervisor?
