#31 Cursor on annotation editor

When adding an annotation (purpose, scope, etc.) currently, the annotation editor opens and, although the editor only has a single text field, no cursor is placed on the textfield. This means that users cannot start typing the annotation value, but have to first place the cursor via the mouse.
