#23 tolerate comma or as part of list

A common error when writing lists is to say things like 'Confluence, Sea, or Lake'. This is not accepted as Rabbit because of the ', or' after Sea. The current parser just doesn't accept the whole sentence. It would be good if it tolerated this type of mistakes (probably issuing a warning).
