If you create a new ontology and add scope, purpose and knowledge sources. The ontology is stored 'correctly' in the sense that the annotations can be seen as annotations to the ontology. However, because ROO doesn't add annotation property declarations for the kanga annotations (scope, purpose, etc.) the annotations are not shown on the next session.
Suggested solution: import kanga ontology so that property declarations are inherited or add annotation property declarations?
