The reason why the parsing fails is that we have a pattern which is not in the current Rabbit grammar:

    <concept> <preposition modifier> <preposition modifier>

    Some other examples:

Every Cooling Pond has purpose Holding of Water from Industry.
Every Dew Pond Has purpose Supply of Water for Livestock.
Every Flume has purpose Transport of Water For Industry or Irrigation.
Every Irrigation Canal has purpose Transport of Water for Irrigation.
Every Lock Gate has purpose Control of Water for a Canal.

The pattern <concept> <preposition modifier> <preposition modifier> could be parsed, but then we would need to define how translation into OWL would occur.

The Hydrology ontology also contains this sentence which is a different pattern (still not in Rabbit):

Every Mill Pond has purpose Supply of Water for exactly one Water Mill.
