#23 Supporting boost and other libraries

Probably i'm out of topic here.

it would give a great example in the documentation
sections to include the entire boost library with
confix. what do you think about it?

Furthermore, to include different libraries with confix
a lot of work (sometimes) is necessary. How about
sharing those makefile.py's so that not everybody has
to perform the task of writing checks by his own. Add
your wrappers to the wx-utils package.
