#1 Two copies of oversized "files" directory

The "files" directory appears under "plugins/
com.bandxi.fitnesse.launcher_1.0.2", and another copy
is inside "plugins/com.bandxi.fitnesse.launcher_1.0.2/
plugin-classes.jar".

One of the duplicated files, a PhotoShop file "files/
images/FitNesseLogo.psd" is 2.4MB uncompressed, and is
not referenced anywhere in the source code. I don't
think it's needed.
