Configo XML validation framework / News: Recent posts

Though Configo 1.0 has not yet been officially released, you can already install and test the most recent feature build for Eclipse. It was tested successfully under Linux and Windows environments and can be installed and uninstalled very quickly. Please note however, that it should not be used in productive environments.

The first stable milestone for release 1.0 is available.

For each subversion subproject a first tag was created, namely:

configo-core-1.0M1
configo-eclipse-core-1.0M1
configo-eclipse-user-1.0M1
configo-eclipse-develper-1.0M1
configo-eclipse-feature-1.0M1

These tags also reflect the final submission for the software engineering practice WS06/07

Today multiple subprojects containing the Eclipse plugin sources were submitted to the Sourceforge Subversion (SVN) repository.

eclipse.feature/trunk
A plugin that merges all Configo related plugins into a single Eclipse feature.

eclipse.core/trunk
A plugin that wraps the Configo core libraries and dependencies to be used by the other plugins.

Today the first Configo project source code has been submitted to the Sourceforge Subversion (SVN) repository (core/trunk).

This subproject ("core") contains the Configo framework and command line tools. Multiple subprojects will follow containing the Eclipse plugin sources.
