Not sure if the following lines are enough.
It's easy to go to http://linuxwiki.de/Config4Gnu/EnglishFAQ and click on edit 
at the bottom.

There should probably be a little more explanation about the problem than 
there is now:

A: simply put the include to sigc++ BEFORE the includes for QT :)
