Ok I see why you are using gcc 2.95.  I updated my code.  Everything compiled with the new fixes you added.  I am now running into a problem with the SWIG part of the project.  I haven't invested any time into understanding the problem.  I figured I would post it to see if you guys any and starting ideas for me.
