[Config4gnu-developer] dependency on glibmm removed

Jason and I have updated our library so that you should now be able to compile it without glibmm.  You'll still need libsigc++-1.2 and glib-2.0, but hopefully you've already got those installed.  Let us know if you have any trouble.
