Certainly, we would be very interested in any help you could provide. 
Currently, as our system is mostly a prototype, we have little along the
lines of a user manual, and I would not consider much of our
documentation to be in a stable state.  We are planning to start using
gettext for our C programs shortly, which will make adding translations
for them possible.  We should also make things written in other
languages (Perl & PHP) support translation as well.  

I would say that having several translations is certainly something we
would like to accomplish by the time any usable code is released.

Are you interested in providing a translation of our actual program via
gettext, or of our documentation, or both?  Or perhaps you are
interested in helping to make our current code more
internationalization-friendly?
