It's been a while since we posted a news item on source forge or on the web page. Justin, you said you would do this, so here are a few things I can think of that might be worth including: 1. additions to the website - formal system requirements specification (SRS) - screenshot of a "wizard" - API reference - XML specification (version 1) - libconf coordination notes 2. changes/additions to the software - actual communication between parsers and front-end - gnome front-end uses libglade for user interfaces (thanks to Mark Stratman) - allow setting, removing, and adding properties - ability to write back a configuration file - PHP extension to allow access to CFG from PHP programs - additional "parsers": resolvfile, flatfile (thanks to Greg Stoll) 3. miscellaneous - change acronym from "c4g" to "cfg" as it's easier to type - added Greg Stoll as developer Jason |
