#1 startup problem

Hi,

I am trying to use ConExp under Windows XP. When I
type "java -jar conexp.jar" from the command prompt I
get a message "No configuration for loading". I then get
the "Concept Explorer" main window, but immediately
get a popup "java.exe has encountered an error and
needs to close". Can someone tell me what is going
wrong? Thanks.
