[Concisus-users] Can't write new news article.

When I try to add a new news article, first the category drop-down list is=
=20
empty despite the fact that I have defined two categories (one global) and=
=20
when I click save on the "Add news item" screen I get "Failed to add new=20
message". No errors are logged.
