#4 Custom field order/hiding when using VRA/DC

Allow per-repository custom ordering/hiding of fields when using the global VRA and DC schemas.

In order to preserve built-in mappings from IPTC/EXIF metadata and to OAI-DC metadata, there is a strong preference to using one of the built-in global schemas. The disadvantage however is that the user cannot control the field order or choose to hide some fields from the editing interface.
