#3 Make DisplayName and Description pull from metadata fields

When a metadata schema (such as Dublin Core) is used, the DisplayName and Description should be auto-populated from fields in that schema rather than being separate editable fields that might contain different content.

This will prevent double-entry and provide consistency in the content of the metadata.
