[conceptual-discuss] Introducing conceptual-discuss

This is the first message posted to the conceptual-discuss mailing list.
conceptual-discuss is intended to be used for general discussion about the
coNCePTuaL toolset (http://conceptual.sourceforge.net/).  I expect this to
be a fairly low-traffic list so don't hesitate to subscribe to it if you're
at all interested in keeping up with the latest information and discussions
about coNCePTuaL.
