#3 Support for adding a Test at Run-Time

This is a new form that handles the selection of
multiples classes inside a DLL. It also checks the
creation of the clases with a SafeCreateObject method.
In future implementations I whish to see a feature that
let us select multiples dlls to import and also to unload
dlls from the Test Suite selected.
