To keep the interface consistent with the Account Management, we should:
1) Rename the "Manage School" menu item to be "School Management", and
2) Allow the admin to be able to delete a school.

The ability to delete schools was initially not added to avoid the issue of what to do with all data associated with the school. Should all students, professors, courses, and reports for that school be deleted?
