#9 SUPER privilege requirement for DB

As on Installer/Updater 1.3, the DB user needs to have the SUPER privilege to write to the database. According to the description of the power that the SUPER privilege allows, there should be no reason for this. This needs to be investigated so that the DB user does not require this privilege.
