#24 Software Check for Pear modules SMTP and Socket

Current, the software check step of installation checks for Text/Password and Mail modules of Pear, but COMTOR currently uses, in addition to these two, Net/SMTP and Socket, and XML/RSS. XML/RSS should be removed soon, but the software check should be checking for the other two, and the local copies should be removed.
