Good afternoon, everybody.

Thank you for deciding to receive one more email. I certainly welcome  
whatever time you have to spare to develop this idea of an open source  
education site. On a positive note, I received an email from Calhoun  
Thomas of KnowledgeEconomy.com and they're interested in talking to  
us. I looked at KnowledgeEconomy.com and their site is interesting: http://www.knowledgeeconomy.com

I have placed a preliminary idea of how to proceed on the web site at http://www.imsa.clemson.edu/OSCOMSETT/OSCOMSETT-Preliminary-Concept.html 
. It is not hooked into the regular site. I would like for you to  
critically comment before we start putting in any work. It should not  
be surprising that my concept looks like Shodor/NCSI ideas and  
utilizes undergraduate students rather than the grad student.
