[complib-talk] Demo Download

The demo can now be downloaded as a self-installing executable from the
Complib home page on sourceforge without the need for a development
environment. The only prerequisite is a PC with .NET Framework 3.5 SP1
installed. If you downloaded the demo over the last couple of days, you
should redownload, as it was missing the installation for MS ReportViewer
which I used for the statistics panel.
