#1 Case problems

I have tried using Complete! v1.0.3 under Windows XP
SP1 in Word 2000 and Notepad.

When I type a word that starts with a capital letter and
press 2x SHIFT, Complete! types the rest of the word in
uppercase. It does this with all word. I looked into the
dictionary file, and everything is typed correctly there.

So this is a bug in the program, or it is related to my
Windows language settings - and I doubt it's the last.
