I downloaded version 0.1 (the only version) of
text-compjugador, and am trying to follow the
compilation instructions in README, but I get this error:

make: *** No rule to make target `test-data-file',
needed by `all'. Stop.

I imagine that means I first need to compile
test-data-file...

Trying to make some obvious guesses,

    gcc -ldbm -o test-data-file test-data-file.c

    yields these errors:

    undefined reference to `_gdbm_open'
    ndefined reference to `_gdbm_firstkey'
    etc

    although I do have /usr/lib/libgdbm.a

I figured out how to compile test-data-file.c:

    gcc -o test-data-file test-data-file.c -lgdbm

    but make still fails:

make: *** No rule to make target `compjuga', needed by
    `all'. Stop.

Tryiing to compile compjuga.c manually (hm, what is the
makefile for, I start wondering), I still don't succeed:

    $ gcc -o compjuga compjuga.c
    compjuga.c: In function `Init_Conjugator':
compjuga.c:192: error: `VERSION' undeclared (first use in
    this function)

I downloaded the code from cvs (text-compjugador seems to be
the only code in sourceforge for this project?)

    Same problems :(

Maybe the live code isn't kept here?

Given that no release has been made in many years, and that
project percentile is at 0%, this may not be a very live
    project :)
