#52 Links to event summary pages

If you're looking at the events (for example on
http://www.ballroomregistrar.com/stats/DCDI05/\), the
summary pages for for each event are not linked!! It
would be convenient to click on, for example, "Gold
Latin," and go to the summary page for Gold Latin. An
alternate linking (clearer though in my opinion less
elegant) would be to link the word "summary" after each
dance name, e.g., "Gold Latin [summary]."
