I like this idea. Its now listed on the unplanned to-do list for
eventual inclusion.

I would suspect we'd need to also include some manner of a
digest version to avoid swamping people who request this on
very large events -- perhaps daily emails or perhaps a more
graded system -- every change is mailed for below 8 couples
or so, then only one multiples of 6 or something -- perhaps a
system that emails when the number of anticipated rounds
change after a final is reached, etc
