It would be nice to allow the Organization Registration
coordinators to setup a small free form form section to
include information in the email/digest.
Ie the coordinator sets up a few optinos and some extra
form elements get added to the partner's page or
somwhere allow the coord to ask questions of his/her
members like:
Do you need a ride?
Can you provide a ride, how many?
What constraints on your arrival/departure times?
Do you want the team to ask for housing for you?
