#215 navigation error message?

Please help!!!

I am trying to delete the registration information
for "Yuan Ren" so that I may properly re-register
myself with my partner.

I keep getting the following message when I try to
update the registration. I have not been doing what
it says not to do...

This registration site is heavily dynamic and its
operation depends upon the user only navigating
through the internal navigation features.
Specifically,

Do NOT use the Back/Forward buttons on your browser
