forgot password bug

Hi, I have forgotten my password and clicked for a
new one to be generated and sent to my (NYU) email
address. The problem is that my NYU email client
thinks it's junk mail and deletes the email before I
can see it. Is there a way I cna change to which
email address I can send the auto-generated password
to?
