#7 New version of XML2AD

Hi, I tested the Teo's version of XML2AD and make
some minor changes, i.e:
- make it run in Compiere 2.5.3a
- add linkcolumn support
- add singlerow support
- cut quotes from defaults
- add support for Date
- add a directory with DTDs

* Model_v1.dtd
* CompiereData_v1.dtd
