I could use some help porting compilerMonitor to other
platforms. I think Linux would be a logical one to start
with.

The 0.04 release supports Win32 (I ran/tested on
Win2k).
I made an attempt to put Win32 specific things in places
that are easily customizable.

Also, there is a Win32-specific JVM launcher
executable (javacM.exe) written in C. We'll need one of
these for other environments, also.

We'll have to revisit the suite of JUnit tests -- I can't
remember how Win32-specific they are.
