[Compilercache-general] killing cache

applied is a patch, which implements (big word for small changes :)) a
new behavior. 

i had the problem that i corrupted some cachefiles. as i didnt want to
delete my precious compilercache i added a new feature:

by setting KILLCOMPILERCACHE compilercache kills and then recreates the
cashed files. no fiddling with timestamps to find the right files, just
setting a variable.
