#1 support for -MD/-MMD options in gcc 3.4.2

Hi,

Currently when -MD/-MMD option is given, then
compilercache passes this option while doing
pre-processing. And hence, *.d files are not created in
the location where they should have been. Also one
would like to cache *.d file.
