#4528 trailing spaces wrap to the next line

Trailing spaces in multiline text boxes wrap to the next line. This is inconsistent with the native GUI.

    Can you give the exact steps to reproduce this... ie exactly what fields and where did you see this

    The Help/Comment field of AD_ELEMENTS is a good example. Write something there and start typing spaces. The spaces wrap when you arrive at the right margin.
    Try the same thing in WordPad. Trailing spaces go off the right margin.
    Upon closer inspection I realized that Notepad does not exhibit the same behaviour so it may be specific to word processing applications. Since Compiere does not belong to this family, I have to take that back with a sigh.
