A mainly cosmetic thing...

A Bank Account is owned by an Org.
The bank statement header record allows selection of an
org value which may be different to the org that owns
the bank account.

When posting occurs the GL transactions to the bank
account will have the org value of the org which owns
the bank account regardless of the org value displayed
in the bank statement header record.

Perhaps you could/should allow selection of the bank
account and then set the BS header org value to the
correct org and not allow the user to change?
