I would like to use the Order Batch Process to CLOSE orders which have shipped over a date range that are currently in the COMPLETE status. However, I am concerned that COMPLETE orders with products reserved would be adversely affected. I am concerned that the backordered items would never ship if I change the status to CLOSED.
Is this the case or can I change the order document status to CLOSED and the reserved items would still ship as they come available.
if you close a document, not further action will occur on that document
