I am trying to use requests to track telesales activities. There is no "note" field so I have been trying to use the "result" field to enter notes during calls. Unfortunately the field length is too short for very long notes. I am considering two possible solutions:
1. increase the size of the database field
2. add a custom field to requests called "notes"
Is anybody using Requests successfully to monitor telesales activity and can you provide any tips on how to best accomplish this?
When i look into the table & colum, actually the field length of RESULT is already 2,000 chars. And the help info says it meant to be used to record your actions for that request.
Looks like u can use it, but is 2000 enough?
The result field is system updated and contains the results of the previous action
