I'm trying to install Compiere Community Edition 3.1 with Oracle Express Edition 10g. It gets as far as step 25 in the installation instructions (attempting to create a database) then fail with the following error message:
===========> ProgressPanel.cmd_import: Internet connectivity error. Ensure that your server is hooked up to the internet
This is on Windows XP, running on the same machine as the database, where Oracle appears to be running correctly, and I also turned off Windows firewall. I am using Internet as a proxy connection, is it due to a proxy connection of Internet. Anyone have any ideas?
Connect to internet by not using Proxy
any solution for this problem???? i'm facing the same problem right now. I can't able to turn off the proxy, i would like to know about can we able to configure proxy in anyone of compiere installation file or is there any option to install compiere through proxy??
