AD_CLient_ID, AD_Org_ID, Updated, ... created automatically

This function still uses the old hardcoded SQL stuff, please
recode under usage of MTable and PO. Then resubmit. Also it
seems not to update the DB columns / create them.

This add a button on Table to create the AD_Client_ID, AD_Org_ID, ... in the application dictionnary and the database.
It will be use for new tables
