#2640 Invoicing a Request in 2.6.3 uses wrong Org.

The process creates the invoice with the Org. the user is login with; not the Org stated in the Request.
and if the user is login with * Org the program ends with ** nulls.

My user has to login with * Org as he is responsible to invoice all requests for 10 different Org. Login In and Out for every Org is not an efficient solution.
