CompFrame updates...

Hi all!

The CompFrame project has (if you haven't noticed) moved to use the Subversion
facilities of SourceForge. Reason? Well, Subversion is a kick-ass piece of
software, and easier to work with than CVS.

Some development has taken place as well, and the 0.4.0 release of CompFrame
is about to happen... in any month now ;-) ... If you want the source you
should get it using Subversion. Way easy for you, and even more easier for me.

CompFrame has now moved to use GPLv3. Why? Well Richard M. Stallman said we
should ;-)

Download CompFrame and explore it.. If you want to help me get it better,
send me a mail.
