#3 Add packages libxshmfence and llvm to layer-32

Hi,

libxhsmfence and llvm have been added to the list of 32 bits package to be installed on a slackware 64 multilib system by Alien Bob the 23/07.

current/compat32-tools-3.3-noarch-1alien.tgz: Added d/llvm (needed by mesa)
and x/libxshmfence to massconvert32.sh script.
current/slackware64-compat32: Refreshed the *compat32 packages.

x/libxshmfence-compat32 for example is needed to run steam on a 64 system.
